I went to see the movie 'Becoming Jane.' It was a very passionate movie. There was a lot of love shown, but what's more personal sacrifice.
(CAUTION: MOVIE SPOILER)
Jane was in love with Tom Lefroy and when they were refused permission to marry by his uncle, they started to run away. Jane discovered a letter from Tom's mother and she knew that she could not marry him because he would not get money from his uncle if he did and he was a main financial support for his parents and siblings. She told him why she could not marry him, got her bags and went back home. She never married, but lived on the earnings of her writings. Tom did marry, but named his first daughter Jane after the woman that he did and always would love.
In this Jane showed an unselfish love. She would have married Tom, except that he needed to help his family. This is the kind of love that many people need to have. The whole movie was contrary to what was expected, yet given with a smile. To say it simply... Ironic.

Aaaaauuuuggghhh!!!
What a week I've had. It has been work, school, work, school, work, school, church... I had a little bit of "me time", but not much. This next week is close to the same, except on Sunday I am going to go to a friend's place and we are going to make a meal. It will be fun. She and I haven't seen each other a lot this year on account of my job, but it's all good... We have had a couple times to get together. I am excited for Sunday. We get the experience of grocery shopping, preparing, serving and then telling the guys to clean. LOL Anyways.... I better go. I have some history reading to do before bed and I work again tomorrow... and the day after that, and the day after that, and the day after that, and the day after that... then I get two days off. ;)

My wonderful job.....
Sorry I didn't write... I got busy as you may be able to tell. I don't know if I should really call it wonderful, but whatever, it's good... It is washing dishes most of the time. I am working full time right now and so it is five days of walking to and from work and at this time of year it is getting COLD at 8 in the morning. This morning was -7 degrees when I left for work. BRRRR! Talk about chilly after having temps in the mid 20s for a few weeks. I am now starting to move up, though. One day a week of prep... I was supposed to have two, but the Wed dishwasher got another job and is working the other job on Wed's. Sad, huh?? Well, it is for me. :)

Jobs, Dentists, and Bus Rides....
HELLO WORLD,
It's me... the DRAMA QUEEN again. ;) I have some major news and major frusterations!
JOBS-
First the news... I have applied for a job and got a call back to talk about position and I hope to hear back about an interview. :) The position would be a line cook.
I also have some babysitting work... and it has been fairly good, tho I now marvel at how my parents kept my brother and me instead of giving us up for adoption! Seriously!
DENTISTS-
I went to the dentist and I have my wisedom teeth coming in, but I need to have them out (along with 99.9% of the population). I still have two milk teeth, tho the adult teeth are waiting to come down, but I have to have space made for the adult teeth. I grind my teeth at night and so I need a night guard and that's just part of it... You can see why I am frusterated.
BUS RIDES-
Along with the one babysitting job, I have to take the bus... It is pretty nice. There are a few people who get loud, but they get off soon after I get on the bus. I wish that they had a little more consideration for other passengers, and not just me, but there are quite a few who have a hard time with it.
I finished Wuthering Heights and it is going onto my Recommended Reading List (RRL). I'm now working on The Scarlet Pimpernel, which is pretty good so far.
Anyway, I'll let you know how the job situation goes soon.

End of the Year...
It is the end of the school year and it has been a good year... I am starting Grade 12 in June and hope to be done school by December. Wish me luck. ;) I'm kidding, it won't be too bad. I am almost done with my math and then the torture will be over. LOL I am also almost done Chemistry and then will have to do Physics (turns green). Dad says that I have to do it... but I just know that I will hate it and won't do very well. Anyway, enough with the drama...
I'm reading Wuthering Heights... A very dramatic book, if you must know. It seems that almost all of the characters are crazy... they need their own mental institution, almost.
Though, it is late now and I should go because I have a lot to do tomorrow...
To all my friends, you know who you are,

Beginnings...
Ahhh.... a new beginning for blogging. I hope that I will be able to keep posting. I have started this blog so that I can keep up with my friend in Germany. (http://i-am-home-again.blogspot.com)
Here is a little bit about me... I am an amatuer photographer at this point in my life. I got a camera for my birthday and have gotten some pretty good shots on it. I will occasionally post a few pictures on Deviant Art, for example, I have a couple of great Saskatchewan sunset pictures. Check it out. There are some cute ones of my cats. :)
I cross stitch, crochet, make earrings, cook, bake, write, take photographs and hang with friends. Ummm.... I am a Christian, homeschooled, and I love learning. ;P
I just turned 17 last December and I like it so far. We'll see how job hunting goes and if I like it after I get a job. LOL Well, that's all from my side of the world... check back soon all.
