Fun and new stuff...

I tried a new recipe tonight... My boyfriend was out at a friend's place and I decided I wanted to try something new. Here is the recipe,

I didn't have cream of tartar, but there are substitutes...

And make sure you don't get any yolk in the egg whites, don't use plastic bowl, and don't touch it with your fingers. It could ruin the meringue.
